What is a 'Blast'?

I am a newbie to Blackjack - I bet a 15$ bet, double down - but by mistake had only $10 - Dealer asked do you want to blast? I blinked.

There is no such word in gambling lingo.
Most likely, he was trying to ask "Do you want to double for less?", and either his English is atrocious, or you misheard him; or maybe a little of both.

Yeah, I've heard a lot of Asian dealers pronounce "double for less" as "dub-fuh-less"... if the "d" and "f" get muddled it'll sound like "blast".

What a stretch though
