With the least amount of money. I read about your big bank rolls, but what is the least amount of money you have started playing bj with and walked out with the most.
My personal best was starting with $20 on a $5 table and leaving with $200. Again, I learn so much from this site, and I have improved my play. :) :)

One time at an online casino when I was whoring a bonus, I had about $1.50 in my balance, and managed to run it back up to a few hundred. That was a pleasant surprise.

B&M, I'd have to say a long session of red-chipping that netted me, if I remember correctly, almost $1000 (max bet $50).

My personal Best was a couple weeks ago. I Had a Marker for $10,000, after one hour I had a total of $35,000 for a $25,000 Profit. The Pit boss comped me a REALLY nice suite for the entire weekend. I also had a dinner on the house.

down outside SanDiego,,, came away with$1700 after 1 1/2 days playing blackback and baccarat...

by the way,, this was playing blackjack against multi decks and using great basic strategy including surrender

Several years ago, in Atantic City, I sat down as the only player at a table at Trump Plaza. I bought $300.00 worth of chips, and played exactly one 8 deck shoe, with a basic bet of $50.00.
After this one shoe, I had $5000.00, which I cashed and left.

Another time, after a late evening flight to Vegas, I checked into the Sands, went down to the casino, took out a $1000.00 marker. Two hours later, again using a basic bet of $50.00. I had $27,000.00 in chips.Since it was now, 5:00 AM EST, I went to bed.

And you could probably get 80 rounds out of an 8d shoe if you were playing heads up (man, that would be awful).

i dont see how you could flat bet $50 and win $26,000 in two hours. two hours of play is approx. 200 hands and if you SOMEHOW won every hand for two hours, that would only put you up $10,000. You would have to be splitting and doubling on everyhand and also winning every hand in order to win that much money in 2 hours. maybe im missing something but this just sounded crazy.

why should we be apologizing? if anything you should be apologizing for being so damn confusing. I've never heard the term "BASIC bet" used to describe a $50 betting unit so i just assumed flat bet.

In my system, the minimum bet is called the basic bet. It's the starting bet, and the bet you return to after a loss.

I was kidding when I asked for apologies. Sorry you took it the wrong way.

The best I've done is buy in for $200 and cash out for $3000+ (although I brought a lot more than $200 with me to the casino). I've done this a couple times. The most noteworthy incident was the time I did this betting only $25-50 per hand for about an hour (the count never got high enough to bet anything close to my $200 max bet). After the hour was up, the idiots flat bet me just for having an incredible run of positive variance. A lame 2:1 spread at this 8D game was still a losing game.

In terms of the smallest initial amount of money turning into the largest win- I was on my way to the cashier's cage when I saw an interesting group of slot machines. On a lark, I decided to play some Wheel of Fortune progressive jackpot slot machine. I usually don't touch slot machines, but this one had a huge jackpot of over $650,000. I couldn't walk by without taking a chance. So I put in a $5 bill and hit the max bet. Away the reels went... and I get a bonus round on the wheel of fortune. I hit the spin button, and the wheel of fortune above the machine spins and lands on a $750 wedge! I couldn't believe it. Not bad for only a $5 bet. Couple that with the $650 I won at blackjack and that was a pretty good day.

In terms of winning blackjack- I cashed in with only $500 and walked away with $3300. I usually don't like winning so much in one session, but everything seemed to work in my favor that day- I got absolutely no heat from the pit for some odd reason, the count skyrocketed almost instantly for every shoe, I just kept getting great cards, and this place was about a 7 hour drive away and I wasn't coming back for a long time.

One time I won 5k in one double deck shoe. I won or pushed every hand. I always leave the casino after winning 2500,but won every big bet i put out there. won all my doubles and splits.

I moved cross-country with about $800 to my name and I've made over $600,000 since.

Of course, it was pretty tough for the first few years, grinding out 12-14 hour days and making $15,000-$20,000 a year. It wasn't much, but enough to live on, and I was gathering valuable experience. After I felt like I had built up a good knowledge base, I moved up to the big leagues. The stakes were a lot higher - instead of thousands of dollars, we're talking millions of dollars here, and perhaps even billions. Teamwork, as always, is essential in these sort of matters, as is having strong financial backers who can ride through a rough patch. It's pretty embarrassing to say that you took a $10,000 gamble that didn't yield anything at all, but they have to understand that it was a shot worth taking, and that sooner or later one of those $10,000 shots is going to pay off 10,000:1.

Oh, wait, you were talking about blackjack ... never mind.
