11v 6 is #1 then
11 v 5
11v 4
10 v 6
10 v 5
11 v 3
11 v 2
11 v 7
10 v 4
10 v 3

There might a couple that are switched around but those are the 10 most profitable doubles. 11 v 6 has an EV of roughly 67% all the way down to 42% for 10 v 3.
