Why isn't the card counting tutor at countingedge.com working?

Problems with the card counting tutor are usually the result of security settings in Internet Explorer.
However, there are so many different places to make changes to those, I can't specifically recommend what to check. If you work it out, let us know what needed to be changed.
As an easier alternative, consider downloading and using Firefox instead at http://www.getfirefox.com
By the way, there's a rather annoying and critical bug in the tutor. Split hands are counted incorrectly. And, to make matters worse, I can't seem to locate the source code to make any changes there. I purchased that site and the tutor as-is, but I'm pretty sure I got the source code. I need to look through some old backups maybe.
