It's hard to convince people that 6:5 CSM blackjack has a terrible HE when those same people are happy to play pokie machines (slots) set at 14% HE (government mandate).

Little surprised by Singapore at number 2 though, natives have to pay a $100 'Gambling Licence' fee at the door, every time they enter the casino! Thought that would turn most people off.
