To answer my own question, the Tri-State (also called Mardi Gras) is marginal on BJ. 8 decks, 10-300 limits, S17, 2 deck cut. Comps are absolute dogshit: you will be lucky to get $5 at the snack shop playing greens for several hours.
Mardi Gras poker was pretty bad, although everyone folded too much if you like to run over a game. Bad beat rake was taken at $10, but it was over $125k which is +ev for a jackpot that hits with aces full of jacks. There was also a 5-10 No-limit Omaha game that looked pretty live. Yes, no-limit, not pot limit.
The Greenbriar apparently has a casino, but you have to be staying at the uber-expensive hotel to go ($300+ a night).
