I usually bet the table minimum in order to minimize the variance. Playing multiple hands is fine as long as you are getting the same game. Online casinos often have SD games on their single-hand tables and multi-deck games on their multi-hand tables. The time it takes will depend on how fast you can play, but here is a rough estimate:

$4,000 / ($5 bet x 200 hands per hour) = 4 hours of play

I suggest you play as many hands as they allow. It will help you finish a lot faster. Personally I would bet 2-5 dollars per hand to finish in a decent amount of time. If you really want a good chance at getting out with the EV then bet the minimum amount. But the money doesn't mean too much to you then you might as well bet higher to get done faster, but there will be higher risk.
