Zen Betting Strategy

I'm not sure if I should've posted this in the Voodoo Betting forum, so I apologize in advance if I should have.

I'm reading Blackbelt right now and it seems like there isn't one single betting strategy for Zen that Arnold Snyder lays out for the reader. Can someone provide me with a basic betting ramp based on True Edge? I suppose I would want 2 - one for SD/DD with a 1-4 ramp and one for shoe games with a 1-8 ramp.

im just learning to count zen too, but everything ive seen from people on here its better to use the count per deck true count conversion than the true edge 1/4 deck method because i guess you would have to be smarter than the average guy to estimate the decks correctly or something like that with that method, but if your comfortable with it go for it. also i think running a sim for the game u play will give u the best optimal bet spread. i think your supposed to have your max bet out at a 2% advantage

Well the only problem I have with the TC method is there are many more indices to memorize here: http://www.blackjackforumonline.com/content/Zen_Count_Indices.htm

With the TE method, he shows you 55 plays. I think I can memorize these. Do you know of a simpler version for the TC indices? Also how does betting work with TC?

Another reason I want to follow the TE method is it's all laid out for you in Blackbelt in Blackjack.
