What Rival makes
Rival’s calling card is the i-Slot, a kind of slot it introduced in the mid-2000s that wraps a story around the reels. Instead of spinning the same screen over and over, you move through episodes of a plot, with mini-games and bonus rounds that advance as you play. Its long-running soap-opera series As the Reels Turn и Reel Crime games are the ones people remember it for. Around those sits an ordinary catalogue of video and classic slots, video poker and a handful of software table games, a couple of hundred titles in all, and it is still adding to it: new slots were shipping through 2025 and into 2026, so this is a working studio, not a dormant back catalogue.
Rival and blackjack
Rival makes software blackjack, dealt by a random number generator, with no live dealer version. There are a couple of variants, a standard game and a multi-deck one, and they play by fairly ordinary rules, with the dealer hitting a soft 17. The catch, and it is the same one our older write-up flagged years ago, is that Rival does not tell you how many decks a table uses or publish a return figure, which makes the house edge harder to pin down than it should be. If you want to play a hand correctly without that information, set the rules you can actually see in our механизм стратегии блэкджека and it will give you back the right move.
