Another reason to like DD pitch.. .. which is the only game I prefer.. is gives the chance for the dealer to make a mistake and have you benefit from it. There have been at least 5+ times in the last month where an inexperienced dealer misdealt a hand and the PB said go ahead deal it out...

Any recommendations on which indices to learn after the Ill18/Fab4? It seems like many don't add much value to the system unless you learn every one! I'm thinking about changing systems to better suit DD pitch games ... Any recommendations / insight on this would be very much appreciated...

Your absolutely right.. I forgot to mention that I play pitch games primarily DD so deck estimation is much easier.. For six+ decks there is higher variance due to error... the CV Blackjack program actually has a drill for deck estimation! awesome stuff.. any aspiring counter should download...

..err .. yeah.. but the rules/variants of the game aren't always in the favor of the AP... but Barona is a great place for DD and SD as previously stated.. Good rules, decent penetration and lots of tables. Nice amenities as well. Enjoy your trip!
