if you can give me a casino in west europe with a house edge off 0.5 or less and where you can count cards,i will be glad to hear.In my country,Belgium you cant find any casinos anymore who dont use shufflemachines.

I am belgian.In my country you can not find a casino where you can count.they all use a shuffle machine,maybe in germany or holland?

My casino uses shuffling machines which are closed.Every hand goes back in the top.You even cant see how many decks are used. Card counting becomes useless now i presume,because the decks are always shuffled.Or do they only shuffle the last decks?

In my belgian casino they pay 3/2 for a 5 card only when its a winning hand,2/1 for a six hand and 5/1 for a seven hand.Does this increase my edge significant when i play basis strategy(never go for a fifth card,only when basic strategy allows)
