I live in Arizona, I just always go to Nevada because I know certain casinos I like. If I knew which ones were decent here, I'd probably go to those ones.

The first time I played that way, I got yelled at for a good two hours to stop holding the cards with two hands.

I don't know about towards a dealer but last night one of the dealers called my buddy a retard all night. It was all in good fun, and somehow the "retard" walked away with double what the rest of us walked away with.
