What simulator is being used here and how much does it cost?

Can someone point me in the direction of a good resource to learn the ins and outs of VP? I need something that teaches from the basics up. I would love to learn how to choose good machines to earn some comps from. Thanks.

Can anyone suggest some online casinos with good bonuses to make some money off of? I just looked at GalaCasino but it seems you have to play 25x your deposit through slots or VP to get the bonus...is this usual? If so, would you suggest playing? What other sites can I look at?

I guess I will just try wong in and out as much as I can given the playing conditions which I won't know until I get there. If I wong out at any TC <-2 and only sit down out tables when the count is +2 or greater that should be a good start I would think. Then I'll use a 1-4 spread as the counts...
