Cipher Warning

Waiting... BTW, these "investor groups" that you have created sound like an illegal (ie, unregistered) securities contract. zg

From the investment group organizer...

Literally translated. 1) Cipher knows who I am. 2) I am more than likely going to be introduced to the civil litigation system very soon for numerous counts of Slander and Deformation of character. 3) I'm about to pee my pants.

Have a nice night.

Cipher

All,

I am the organizer of the investment groups currently involved with Cipher. I am writing to shed some light on the situation. I have a pre-existing relationship with Cipher and certain members of his family. The post of bilgplaya does not accurately characterize what has happened over the course of the relationship, nor do the feelings expressed in his post represent, in any way, the feelings of the group. The author took substantial liberties in formulating his own perception of the situation from bits and pieces of information that he has picked up from various discussions regarding the venture that have taken place over time.

Please disregard the post entirely as it might relate to your impression of Cipher's character and/or software. It is not indicative of the actual events that have transpired.

Speaking directly about his software, I have watched him play, in person, using his software. Not once have I seen him suffer a losing session. He has consistently produced to us profitable sessions. You should consider the software effective and the results real.

I hope this clears things up,

V.C.I.

The post doesn't matter. It is clear that Cipher is a fraud. The question is - are you also a fraud, or are you also Cipher?

Verification

Is there a way that I can verify that I'm not Cipher without putting my name into the public domain? If you can think of one, I'll happily do that. I am not Cipher (as should be clear by the differences in our writing styles). I am from Visalia (Cipher's current town of residence). I have watched him play sessions both from my home computer and in his lab. I am the organizer of the investor groups. I have personally earned north of a 50% return on my originial investment in just over nine months. Those are all facts just as the original post was garbage.

Cipher
a) Slander is oral. Libel is written.

b) "Deformation"?

c) And I'm pretty sure that legally you must prove that bilgplaya blantantly disregarded the truth in his post.

None of these "facts" contradict the original post. The organizer of a Ponzi scheme will indeed profit. For that matter, the manager of an honest fund will profit even if the fund bankrupts all the investors.

And calling his PC a "lab" is getting tiresome.

The point is the group doesn't think it's a Ponzi scheme. It doesn't believe that he's "phishing" these websites looking for chumps, and the group is confident that he is actually playing blackjack. Also, I think that I may have failed to make my participation in all of this clear; in saying that I am the organizer of the investor groups ("AMIGOS" and "LUXE") I mean that I am an investor with Cipher who also brought additional people (all friends - so please don't try to claim that I am "in" with Cipher on the purported scheme) to the table.

As an aside, the "lab" is rented office space with six or so computers...it's not his home PC.

From the sublime to the ridiculous.
So, we have one shill calling cypher a thief, and another shill calling cypher the best thing since sliced beer.
Has any of this changed anyones opinion of cypher one iota?

Can Cipher's wins be supported by an official of BoDog?
Considering that Bodog pays him to run an ad on his site that says "Use the Cipher Program now at Bodog Casino!" I'm sure they would be very happy to convince you to join him.:)

Now when I see a sign outside of El Cortez saying "Holecarders welcome" I'll believe that casinos welcome AP strategies.

Now by the numbers boys. Can you Shadroch, Sonny, Qfit or even Brutus kindly point me in the direction of anything of substance you've ever accomplished in your meaningless little lives. ANYTHING?

But yet you're more than willing to slam even the BoDog operation without question the most successful Sportsbook & Casino operation on the Internet today. Oh I'm sure your opinions of the BoDog operation go a long way here at BLACKJACKINFO.COM "The world's most popular Blackjack website. Where we'd rather advertise pet food and print cartridges rather than anything related to our industry." But in the real world not a chance.

OK Cipher, I've had enough for a while. You're banned for a week. Come back after that and play nice, and I'll let you continue to participate. Considering that I think you're a scam artist looking for marks, I'd say I've been plenty generous with you.

My posts at CIPHER FORUM are considerably more civil than CIPHER's posts at this forum. I vote that CIPHER NOT be banned from Voodoo Forum as long as he neither bans nor deletes my posts at CIPHER FORUM. zg

Zen, you just like to stir the pot as it simmers don't you?

Don't you know it's not nice to tap on the glass at the aquariums?

You're not supposed to throw peanuts at the monkeys at the zoo?

Did you pull the wings off flys as a child?

Ken did the right thing by making mean Mr. Cipher have a time out. Now you'll just have to get your fun somewhere else instead of teasing the monkey (no offense AM  )
