If your story is true, I think you should have your post busted (deleted). You might get that done before casino staff read it and figure out who you are. There is a little debate on the issue, but I personally think it is a certainty that casino staff browse this and other sites at times to keep tabs on the counting community.
Without question.

In fact, DV Cellini said in The Card Counter's Guide to Casino Surveillance that surveillance observers go to BJ websites, read the trip reports, and match a poster's hours and results to the LSI logs of players in his casino during the days the poster lists in his report.

He said besides watching people give up their true identities, he'd watch them give up their camouflage techniques and professional methods of play--all while trying to get in the last word on a BJ web site.

Interestingly, he said the casino spies on BJ sites weren't the insulting annoying ones--they were the witty, charming popular "good guys".

Hmm...

I'm not sure why its so hard to believe this story.

A lot of young people come into big money in lots of different ways. So why can't this guy have $20 grand. He sounds like a very ambitious young man and described his play in a very AP type of style... one that many APs on this forum subscribe to.

He didn't claim to win 90 grand in one week. It took him a couple months of long hours and high stakes, he had an objective and a plan to achieve it. He started with an appropriate betting ramp for his bankroll.

Obviously he got some great positive fluctuation. But he also described the ups and downs of the blackjack roller coaster and didn't try to say he never had a losing session.

Of course he could have made the whole story up but I just didn't see anything in the story that I would consider BS.

I never said anything about early surrender on the 6 deck games. I said the rules in the falls were not as good, never mentioned anything about ES on 6 decks. O and how did I get a 20 000$ bankroll? Made around 6000$ in the quebec casinos and the rest I made it selling on ebay... Why would I waste an hour of my time to write about my story if it wasen't true lol. I wanted to ask if my winnings were accurate on my main topic fo the amount of time I played but I forgot. At the begening I wanted to play 30-40 hours a week but eneded up playing maby 50-60 hours a week on average due to huge roller coster swings. Seeing the comments I guess I was lucky about winning so quickly...
Fifth....
You wanted to know if your winnings were accurate.

I took your very specific bet ramps, estimated your number of hours/rounds played at each betting level and plugged it into Powersims ScoCalc to get an estimate of your expected win.

I estimated a total of 489 hours played, 39120 rounds at a conservative 80 rounds per hour for an estimated total winnings of $98,902.

So it seems you were about at your expected win rate for the bet ramps you used. Congratulations if you honestly pulled this off.

I live in Alberta, so I can say there are some inaccuracies in his post.
First of all there is no early surrender for the high limit tables.
Second the penetration is BAD at the 4 deck places.
Third if you are winning you DO GET HEAT, and if you don't take a hint there is a good chance security will escort you to the door.

You guys are funny, all you maried dads with kids thinking it is impossible for a 19 year old (soon 20) to have 20 000$ in their bank accounts. I still live at my parents house and pay 200$ rent a month. I made over 15 000$ US selling on ebay in just over 4 months last year, And was back at it again this year. It's not because you old folks don't know how do make money that it is impossible to get 20 000$. That isin't even a lot, can't even buy a decent brand new car for that much. If I was to write a false story I would have came up with something like me being kicked out of casinos and stuff because of counting and being chased like in the movies. Didn't happen, I never got heat from anyone, and I never thought people from the casinos would read on this forum. BUt there is so many people that gamble, I doubt they will notice me if I go back. I might try to head out to BC to see what kind of action they got.
Nice story fifth. My son (age 30) makes cash on ebay as well. You must be a hotshot salesman/organizer... What do you specialize in trading? :cat:

500$ max bet, high limit tables? Didn't think so. Have you been to all the edmonton casinos and never seen any 500$ max bet tables? Thanks

I see that all of you are purhaps jaleous, don't have time to make extra money. You have to understand that this is all I do. I don't go to school or work, I was a power seller on ebay, I specialize in NFL jerseys. It's very easy for me to sell 30-50 jerseys a day on ebay when the NFL season is on and I make at least 35$ per jersey I sell. I could make 1000$ to 2000$ in a week easyyyy.

Look at it this way... If you had to find a way to make money without working or having a college diploma, what would you do. Thats the question I asked myself, and in the past 2 years I found very lucrative ways to make money.

Of course you older folks pay 20 000$ rent, have mortgages to pay, cars to pay off, credit card, food and all. But most of you could never go out to the bank and count off 20 000$ to withdrawal in the back offices with the machine. Reality is, I can. I never posted this thread to ''show off'' in any way, if that's how ya'll see it, I was just reading some other threads and thought I could share this with you.

As for the heat, it's hard for a pit boss or any casino employer to track if you are winning or losing alot, because you are always in a roller coster, taking breaks, pulling chips in and out of your pocket, you just have to not tell them how much you have one. I remember one time I was up about 3000$ at some point, and got up to take a break, and the dealer telling me something like ''I'm sorry sir, this was a bad shoe'' because I had lost like 5 hands in a row betting table min.

Pit staff are doing this, day in, day out. It's second nature to them, sizing up a winning player, like you; and wondering if you are a dope dealer or something shifty, carting around bundles of cash.

Everyone would love to win 100 grand in a few weeks. Who wouldn't? The point is anyone can write any kind of bullshit they like here, and you have a pretty unlikely story for a 19-year-old. Not impossible, just improbable.

Anything you say is gonna have to pass close inspection. Make sure your facts are right... :cat:

I took a friend to a casino recently and he was aghast at the number of youngsters (under 21 years old) throwing around £25.00 chips like they were smarties. One had a couple of towers in front of him that was probably a grand, with 8 chips sitting in the betting box.

The quote I remember - "I'm not a jealous man by nature but it pisses me off - you and I both know that that money ain't the result of hard work in a regular job. Fxxcking ill gotten gains".

If I was one of the local plods, a visit to the casino would be a great source of leads in the battle against the local drugs trade.

Note - This is not intended as calling into question the honesty of the person who posted this thread.

Anyways,GOOD LUCK on your future trips.

Don't have any pics of the money cause I don't keep it at home (oubviously) and I have a little less then that now in my bank account right now because most of it was invested... BUt here's some pictures of my ride, which isin't ''brand new'' by the way, it's a 99.

These pictures are pretty useless anyways, because the way this thread is going, I'll be awaiting some ''you took those pictures of the internet'' type of responses.

Hang in there pal, you are doin OK. Supplying these photos goes a little further toward establishing your credentials here. 8grand for that, huh. Does it go good? Maybe it's my computer but the front looks like a slightly different color. Was it repaired and resprayed just before you showed up? It looks great for a 10-year-old beamer. Nice wheels, kept shiny. When you get your 110K, get two of em. :) You like red, huh. Now they can spot you coming a mile off, now that they have those. Park up the road a bit.

Who took the photos? Is that a crummy motel in the background that you mentioned? You also carry around a laptop? :cat:

I don't get your response? If it's about the picture quality, well oubviously it's not the best, but for the rest of what your saying..... I kinda don't get it.. Here's some more pics for the doubtfull people like you. Me and my little brother took those pictures, And that's my mom's house in the back, thanks for hating. I don't understand why you ask me if I carry around a laptop but w/e, your whole response pretty much makes no sense

Settle down, sunshine. I was not hating anything or anyone. It's good to see you fire up a bit, anyway... Shows you got spirit.

Hey man, we are on your side, (when we are convinced you are genuine.) There are sometimes odd types dropping by here, and then moving on. Who knows what? Now just between you and me, there are quite a few experienced, wise dudes who hang out here, (called Advantage Players.) They may be able to help you hang onto your stash longer, or maybe even help you expand it.

You seem to have done great lately, with no advice from anyone. You gonna continue in that vein? If you have questions about ROR and EV, rules, cover, spreads, buy-ins, card counting, wonging, just to mention a few, whatever, just ask. Good luck. :cat:

Sorry That's why I didn't get your response I thought you were hating on my car saying the color was **** and stuff... And for my bankroll money it's not drug dealing, not my style. I just don't get why so many people can't beleive that a 19 year old has done it, I'm sure that if I said I was like 35-40 years old people wouldn't say anything. (well probly not as much)
