Keeping track/ getting a team together

I am new to the world of blackjack, and am currently looking to find the best way to keep track of my win/loss record, time spent playing, and at which casinos.

In addition to playing solo, I have been contemplating putting together a team of two to three people. Any suggestions on putting a team together and keeping track of that?

Microsoft Excel is exellent for record keeping.
