I am really new to card counting and i have few questions.
Maybe someone who has a lot of expiriance in card counting could answer
these. So if anyone have time and could help me i will be really happy.

(1) Welcome.

(2) Check FAQ thread in the Card Counting forum first. Most new players' questions can be answered there and have been answered already.

(3) Unless you're asking about specific casinos, there's generally no harm in asking your questions on the forum. Counting cards is not some super secret Skull & Bones organization where there's some sort of secret handshake, you can go to any local bookstore and find published books on exactly how to count cards.

(4) You're free to PM me but I'm not very experienced. I'm a recreational player who likes math.

Welcome to the boards, as Callipygian has mentioned, check the F.A.Q sticky, i also wrote an introduction about the topic http://www.blackjackinfo.com/bb/showthread.php?t=14121, hope it answers some of your questions.

I'd suggest you take an hour or two and read a number of threads on this forum. Not to gain knowledge on card counting but so that you get an idea which posters here will be the most helpful. There is a good deal of misinformation passed out here, as well as much excellant advice.
