dont get me twisted I never claimed i gave anyone money

I said I provide a service

And Yes I will rat you out if you are a smuck, I work for a living if you want to use my services then u should compensate me. I dont stiff food servers or valeet, and if i go to your place of business im not going to not pay you after using your services

And you think you will catch me in the parking lot

DOnt get your self hurt bra, You better have some heat (like a gun) I dont have a gun but if you want to settle it like a man with hands a good ole fist fight I WISH YOU WOULD. I use to fight just for the fun of it, so its what ever to me.

Before u give threats becarefull who u threateneing

And I hope all u cheap bastereds who count come play on my table and i hook u up and u stiff me, I will rat on u so quick, for every food server vallet person, barber and any other person who works for tips that u think u are to good to tip. I hope I put your cheap but out of a gambeling career.

Its part the game

If you can spot counters while dealing, this is what I would do: While dealing count the cards, and sum up the EV you are giving out over a week. Collect the data for a few months. Then go to your boss presenting your numbers, say you can save the house this figure each month. Negotiate a higher salary (I would aim for half of that figure). No-one with serious business would not want to listen. It helps if you are in contact with other places who show interest in your service.

If you are an advantage player, you must think in favourable position - who cares about results.

that is a beautiful idea i will take it into consideration. but truthfully I really enjoy my job and my coustomers, i am not a gready person rather be happy then rich, dont wanna be the police, i like to have fun and thats why i like my job cuz its fun. I dont wanna bring the heat on nobody, I just get lil frustrated when proffesional gamblers brag about there cheapness. My whole family has been in the casino business since I was 3, my mom raised 4 kids as a drink server as a tipped employee and proffesional gamblers were who fed me as a child, so I do not want to hurt them but they must understand I work for a living and minimum wage does not cut it. I do not even expect much, but i am a very good dealer and need to feed my kids.

So if your a jerk I will bring on the heat, if you have an once of humanity then I will leave u alone and leave it up to the floorman survailence and u.

other then bringing on the heat I can kill your penitration, I can alos tell my dealing buddies to also kill your penitration.

I am not tring to bribe no one or threaten no one, just being truthfull with u all because it seems that there are some very nice and decent people on this site, and just want to contribute what I can to help out.

but thanks for the idea, and I will probably start to keep records with time and dates wins and losses, just in case, may be come benifitial one day, but do not want that job I would rather have a good time hooking u up, and feeding my family, but will keep this advice in mind.

The chance of this actually getting you anywhere at all = zero!

If I were the casino manager, you would be fired for not reporting the activity while it was occurring; and allowing the table to lose the money in the FIRST place!

Youngster,

Get a real job that takes skills and has real responsibility, then you won't have to threaten others for tips since your employer clearly does not value you enough to pay you a decent salary!:rolleyes:

Since you are such a tough guy, why not tell us where you deal at, I am sure some AP's are very interested in testing your varied claimed prowess;):devil:

Wow young gutter you make your living taking money off of addicts who can't control themselves then you have the nerve to call APs cheap bastards and shmucks.

The only difference between a drug dealer and a blackjack dealer is that one does it legally.

If they do, you may be able to learn something from the dealer "tells". Example; the dealer peeks under a ten and looks, then takes another quick peek. Dealer has a 4. The top of the 4 looks like the top of an ace.

That is a tell. However there are also tipping tells. If you get to the point where you are betting big and tipping $5 several times an hour, the dealer has a real investment in your continued winning. If the dealer peeks under an ace and then leans almost into your face with a "You do want another card, don't you" kind of look (I have known some at Indian casinos that would whisper it), dealer is telling she has a pat hand and you better hit your stiff. The one I knew would make a head move if my 17 was not enough and I should hit again or lose to her hard > 17.

If she has a stiff, she may back up to be out of your "space".

This may be all a history lesson as I have not seen it in a decade.
Have you noticed the dealer checks his hole card in different ways when he has ace and ten? When he has ten, he checks if the hole card is ace or not. He doesn't know it is ten or not.

MOST IMPORTANT,

for all u card counters,, most dealers can not count espeacialy when they are dealing. BUT me fortunetly I can, and if your a counter, your bet fluctuates up and down with the count or u only appear at my table when the count is good and leave when it drops, and I give you a decent amount of money, AND U DONT TIP ME, TRUST ME THE HEAT IS ON, I will make it known that i believe u are a counter, and i have had a few people investigated tapes reviewed and then be 86. Luckily for u most dealers cant do what i do, so just be carefull about being stingy.
This is so true. The casino I frequent has some young smart dealers. They can count and deal at the same time. They would bring into conversation I am counting if I don't tip them when true count is high and I won two or three big hands. After a few times of such encounters, I know the drill. A pink or red chip side bet for them would keep them quiet.

I'm not sure what to make of our "young gutter". You come off as the kinda person who you think is a normal rational guy... until something pisses you off and that person/thing/issue BECOMES your mortal enemy. Possible anger and self esteem issues. Hope I'm wrong. Some people tip, some people tip very well, some don't tip at all. That's life... it ain't fair. If this aspect of this service business angers you this much then dude...change careers.
And BTW, what count do you employ while dealing ?

I actually like to tip, but you have to know the when and why,,that is most important. As for the being blackmailed into tipping, a dealer better not even think of doing that to me in their,,, dreams!!

tips for tats

I wonder why we get dealers in here every once in awhile and they seem to be on the same theme. I wouldn't think about coming here and warning anyone about anything if I was a good dealer. If you know how to count and think that hustling tips for silence about aps is a money maker go for it. I don't see why you just don't get a job behind the cameras so you can catch us all.

Jesus Christ, you may be able to deal and count but you sure can't spell!

A tip is a reward for a job well done, not an entitlement. Sorry but that's how it goes. I can tip people in the service industry very well, if I get extremely poor service I am not afraid to stiff waitresses altogether.

Deal quickly and efficiently without attitude and I'll gladly place bets for you. Unless you give worse penetration than the house standard of course..

On Dealers

They may show up here angry for a few false reasons:
They falsly think any big winner is a counter.
Counters always win.
Counters never tip.

All the above is false.

So they are jealous, especially if they think they can count. They may lack the daring or bank to come to the dark side. No insult meant, if you have a family you may not be able to take such risks.

good cards, to the players
