What if

Does the RoR "care" about the prevoius history of play i.e. if i am up 1 sd in my play is my RoR the same as if i am 1 sd down in my play....in short does it have any respect fo what i shoulda couldsa woulda won

No, the RoR is different because the size of your bankroll is changing. If you win some money they you will have a bigger bankroll and a smaller RoR.
