I think your getting in to far a bit to quick... its great to see your enthusiasm but really it takes a lot of practice not just reading. Its like when you first learned to drive.. sure you could read about it all day but that didnt mean you were any good once you got in the drivers seat

36sec or whatever it was is good but i dont think thats really all that fast and may not keep up with a quick dealer... try getting it down to 11-15 sec at that point you will need to turn the deck upside down and just push them over into your other hand as you go.. you can never flip that fast... and if you can i want to see a video!

another thing is accurate deck estimation how are you with that?

also you will want to practice with music and tv and while talking and being talked too. That is one of the rather hard things to do. Keeping count and being able to talk isnt easy and that just takes time that you havent had yet distractions are a bitch at first!

def keep with it and youll be able to learn fast enough but dont take it to fast

I forgot to ask you a question regarding the indian casinos!! lol I don't know if this is bullsh*t, but Arnold Snyder ( BlackBelt in BlackJack ) had a little article about the Indian Reservations -- Make a long story short they got caught playing with marked cards and just said " sorry " lmao ( Short version of the story, guy lost 100k ) -- He said they run on an entirely different system with the tribal Cheif being the guy making the decisions

I ask this because I am also 20 years old and the closest place I am allowed to play at is Windsor, Canada ( 4 hour trip from where I am ) ... I live in Chicago but I have not even looked into any Indian reservations soley because they can do w/e the hell they want and not be accountable ( To a certain extent ) ---

On a side note I planned a trip with a friend to Windsor, Canada --- We are leaving this Friday and coming back Sunday!! So I will let you guys know how that went lol..... I just want to get some seat time in before Vegas in MARCH!!!

I work Monday-Friday during market hours at CBOT ( Chicago Board of Trade ) trading my own account... That being said I figure if I go every weekend to Windsor when I turn 21 and go to Vegas I will have enough seat time to try and do something ---- I also understand negative flux and even after practicing etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc you still have a great chance of losing.... Counting is just an advantage not a guarantee
