TC< + 2 = wong out
TC +2 = 1 unit
TC +3 = 2 units
TC +4 = 3 units
TC >+5 = 4 units

Will I even come close to making .5 units an hour? What kind of SD and N0 would i have for this?

Yeah, I figured that even with such horrible conditions one could only play positive counts and get a reasonable advantage.

If you're betting Optimally according to the sim,you'll make 1/3 of a unit per hour,see attachment for SD and NO.
IMO,this game is not worth it,better spend your time on scouting better games and condition.But if you are stuck with this game...Well,GL

A side note:If you can find a dealer give 7/8 pen,you can make exactly .5U/Hr,SCORE will be double,NO reduce to half.SD is 50% higher

All conclusion above base on Optimal betting with 10K BR.

Interesting. With the strategy ZG suggested, could someone figure what the ROR and EV be with a 6 Decker H17 okay pen ES?? That sounds like something I could get away with at the small engine casino by me.
