There's a difference, but not big enough so that you should move to Zen if you haven't mastered Hi-Lo. You should play the most complex system that you can count to 99.9999% precision - if you make mistakes while counting Zen, that will undo any advantage that you gain from moving to a better count.

i would say that if your going to play playing exclusively single and double deck, it is probably worth it to learn a level 2 count. Or, If you are going to be playing shoes with EXTREMELY good penetration (80% +), make sure you learn a balanced count for sure. Other than that its up to you....
