My concern is making this site look like Advantage Player under Parker.
You give him one last chance not for his benefit but to burnish the reputation of this site. If he continues he is banned for good.
Remember he did expose the DD scam in Cali.

There is zero tolerance for spam and personal attacks that include libel or slander. You can certainly voice your opinion and discuss the wrong doings of other people while keeping things civil, and people will always be given the opportunity to defend their actions and refute the arguments.
As far as JSTAT, we have been very tolerant of him, the integral of all his posts is still there, and threads he started when they were getting really ridiculous, but when he started calling people thieves or casino thugs that was pushing the limit. And again it was only a temporary ban.

Hey I agree. Much better here than it was a couple of years ago.
In my mind he should be allowed to post here to justify what appears to be the intentionally mis-leading recount of events that he has posted in a media outlet regarding this community. If he cannot adequately validate the damaging statements he has made during his ban, he should be banned permanently.
He knows very well why he has been banned and has chosen to mis-represent this as some form of conspiracy to silence him by the moderators here. As far as i can see he has continued with exactly the same behaviour that got him banned here in the first place during his exile, so can think of no possible reason to allow him to repeat his wearisome declarations and accusations unless he can provide some sort of reasonable account for his actions.
Anyone who would think poorly of the community for his barring clearly hasn't taken the time to review his posts over here and hence is never likely to become a regular here anyway so no loss.

I believe he was backed up by other posters....if you can prove those others were shills than I say he is gone. Otherwise I must place great value on info of that type given by any poster who divulges it and show my appreciation by giving Jstat one more chance.

Let's recap. JSTAT, who happens to use a side count of 4s and a long history of ignoring the truth, finds a Stations Casino inserting extra 4s into a double deck game. A new poster comes on and uses all of his six posts to back it up,only he claims its not just 4s, but he counted extra 5s and 6s as well. A poster with a rather lengthy past on the boards goes and finds no such thing. Surprise,surprise- JSTAT now claims that Stations( a billion dollar entity) has cleaned up the game. Another poster with a history on the board says he's played there and never saw anything like that, but of course,he doesn't keep a side count of 4s.
We are left with two possibilities. Stations Casinos was willing to risk it's license and reputation by cheating players and JSTAT single handidly put a stop to it, or the situation existed only in JSTATs pointed little head.
Call me a cynic, but I'm going with the latter.
As far as having the same IP address goes, what does that matter?
I post from my home, from my office, from my summer house and from friend's laptops. Doesn't that present itself as four seperate IPs? JSATS already admitted to having multiple ids both on here and another board.

In addition, though casinos are often clueless, wouldn't it make more sense to short the deck of aces and faces? Adding extra 4s to the shoe risks a layout where too many 4s of the same suit show up on the table at one time. I'm with shadroch on this one, and I'm surprised that CP bought into this.
JSTAT emailed me a portion of a reply from the California Gambling Control Commission showing where he received a response letter from them. Whatever the accuracy of his complaint, JSTAT did send it to the CGCC. He claims no knowledge of the Pony Player poster who backed up his claim, and says that the poster Morphus at BJFO claimed to have heard inside info on the cheating.
My opinion remains unchanged, but others may come to a different conclusion.
