One thing the article mentions is no legal precedent. What about USton vs. NJCC and various NJ casinos?
 
heh, heh, i played that joint many a time years ago when i was just starting out before i retired and moved to Florida.
probably rubbed elbows with that guy and didn't even know it. and i thought i was good at spotting other AP''s :rolleyes:
but yeah the joint is crap games or was the times i've been there.

still i don't think this law suit crap is a good thing if it goes the way the Uston stuff went. the joints need some freedom of decision making or the games just get worse. so i don't know how to view it, it's a complex issue for sure.
 
The precedents are legion (in other states)

This dude "has no case" as we say.

Proper juris prudence would be for this lawsuit to be "dismissed without prejudice" because it "lacks merit"

I would think it would at least be grounds for discrimination based on one's skill and education. That being said, I too realize taking away a store's right to protect it's games will only lead to crappier games for all. :eyepatch:

I've really never heard any serious allegations of cheating here. Do we have any sort of conclusive evidence?

And I don't know how this guy got tossed, because that place is freaking clueless, and on the verge of bankruptcy.

edit: oops i guess you thought there was an implication of GV cheating? errhh i don't think so, just crappy games, sort of thing.
