CV Drills Question

Hi All,
During practicing basic strategy drills in CV, I click on hit for 16 v 10 and the computer says to stand. Since BS says hit for 16 v 10 is there a setting in CV that i have wrong or is there something else I am not getting?
I have the strategy set for Adv Red 7 shoe and the count is set to zero.

In Advanced Red 7 the index for standing on 16 v 10 is -2 for 1 and 2 decks and -4 for all shoe games so standing at 0 is the correct play.

If thats the case then how come CV says to hit 11 v A and not double when according to advanced 7 count you should double at m4 or higher?

What was the count?
How many cards?
Is this in a drill or during play?
Is this after a Split with no DAS?
Are you using a Mask under Index limits?
Are you limiting the Index Range?
What strategy is selected?

I am in Cv Flashcard Drills
default hands, all situations, count is zero, 6 decks, no mask, no index limit
strategy is Adv Red 7 Shoe

I don't see how it can give that answer. If you see it again, go back to the main CV screen and use FILE-BACKUP. Send me the file created, It has all 500 option settings as well as all strategies and other user files.
