JJR, you might want to add this to your d'Alembert
whenever you are making a profit or even with the house: flat bet
only got up the d'Alembert ladder when you are losing money
For example, you are down 30$ and your next bet is 15$ (10$ table)
you win a double
you are now even with the house, next bet 10$ not 14$
