What could be the best possible percent advantage could one achieve counting along with other advanced techniques

Actually, the best POSSIBLE is MORE than 100%.
As far as counting goes, temporary advantages of 10-15% are possible in rare instances.
Certain other common AP techniques (which are better off unmentioned in a public forum) with the proper rules will often yield an AVERAGE advantage of up to 15%. There are other (unmentionable) skills in which the average advantage can approach 20%. An ace tracker obtains an edge of about 50% on SUCCESSFUL hits. A highly skilled sequencer can once in a while successfully predict the outcome of the entire hand, which gives an edge of 100% or MORE, depending upon whether or not he's getting a blackjack or a double-down.
Everything I've mentioned so far is perfectly legal (although I've heard stories that the weakest one - card counting - IS against the law in some countries).
But if you want to talk about CHEATING techniques, now that's another story....
How about a dishonest dealer setting up a cooler in which his friend hits "Lucky Ladies" for 1000:1? (And no; I haven't heard of this one happening, at least not YET).

I am not familiar with other advanced techniques such as shuffle-tracking, but I do know that the advantage one can obtain from implementing it in a casino that does not shuffle thoroughly is larger than the advantage granted by card-counting. Shuffle-tracking does require you to be counting, however.
With card-counting alone, through running simulations, I have found for a great 6 deck game (i.e., 5 decks dealt out of 6, LS, H17), a TBA of +2% is obtainable, though it is dependent on the spread you are using and how liberal you're wong / backcount strategy is. To get this kind of advantage, you'll probably have to be using a "burn and pillage" strategy (i.e., a strategy one uses when they aren't concerned about getting thrown out).
For 2-deck games, you're advantage will be even larger, given you're using the same strategies. This is not realistic, though, because casinos are going to, in general, sweat their hand-held games a lot more.
If you wanted to specify some specific games and strategies, I'd be happy to run the simulations for you.
Edit: One using hole-carding techniques will also have an insurmountable advantage.

How tall are you? Believe it or not, a tall person who possesses certain other traits CAN at times be a great asset to a team.

I have not been successful counting such as ko. I loss focus and concentration. I can do speed count well, but if there is something else out there that I could benefit, would appreciate it
If you can't hold it together to count, you're not going to be able to use the stronger, but almost universally more difficult techniques.

Yeah, past posting is massive +EV. The Lucky Ladies would be hard to actually set up i.e. setting up the discards, but possible. An easier scam would be to look at the top few cards as the dealer rolls the deck and signal based on that.
Otherwise, matchplays offer massive +ev percentages, as does online bonus whoring.
Sorry if I came across as a smart a-- but you were pretty vague about methods used, and for people that have no scruples and are willing to cheat using any possible means, there would be close to no limit for that advantage
percentage.
Their game would be very short lived, of course!
