1. a person made a material false statement
2. he knew the statement was false
3. he intended to deceive the casino
4. the casino justifiably relied on the false statement
5. the casino was damaged

I've decided.
My next visit will probably be during the March Madness.
I want to go when Las Vegas draws a very large crowd.
I will get a fake passport and a fake drivers license.
I will say that I don't want my drivers license photocopied due to fear of identity theft.
I will simply fill out the necessary paper work, and let them confirm the information with the drivers license.
If they insist on making a photocopy, then I'll simply leave and return the next day with the fake passport.
On the first day, I will do a tour and get the players ratings cards from everywhere.
And then I'll put the fake ID's away.
Then I will be able to sit at $100 or $200 tables without the initial scrutiny.
I *love* double deck games that're dealt face up.
The best strategy for me is to play at high-limit tables and play with a modest spread.
The name on the ID will be similar to my real name, but with a slight different spelling, so that I can say that I picked up someone else's card by accident.
For example Cathy Johnson vs Kathy Johnston, or John Graham vs Jonathan Gram.
Do I even need to go that far? Why not just use a common popular name?

I will receive absolutely no comps.

All high-end casinos on the strip offer $100 double deck games.
At prime times, the minimum goes up to $200.
Many of them deal the cards face up, although some are pitch.
What do you mean by "impunity"? An AP can never play with impunity.
Playing anonymously immediately alerts the pit and the security.
The players ratings card will calm them down initially.
Cummulative winnings will give you away, but you'll be safe for the first few days before they zero in on you.
If you play high limits with a low spread, the winnings will be low in terms of units but high in terms of absolute dollars.
Also, although the variance will be high in terms of dollars, it will be low in tertms of units.
If you really want to take this route, I'd recommend level 2 or level 3 system.
You don't need all the indices. Just the I-18.

If you're asking, then advancing to this level will be quite a leap for you.
Make sure you're properly financed with a big heart.
Can you drop $15k in one day and return the following day after a restful night of sleep?
In one of the books I've read, the author states that most people ask him how much he won in one trip. The author says that a better question, the more important question, is how much has he lost in one trip. He couldn't be more right.
The hand-held face-down games are okay, too, if you play alone.
Very often, you'll be able to get a game alone.
Also, you can ask people to wait until the shuffle to join the table, and I've never seen anyone insist on squeezing in mid-shoe at high-limit tables.
The problem with face down games are that they're very, very slow.
If I want to read advice from famous authors, I'll read their books, thanks just the same.

Any 'good' MGM property has DD (S17) games where you can play black. I don't know what you mean by 'with impunity'. If you mean spreading from $100 to $1000, you probably can't do that very long.

My bankroll is variable and replenishable, and you don't
need $100k bankroll to do what I do.
Fortunately, I've never had to replenish my bankroll.
My total winnings for 2010 is slightly over $100k,
and blackjack is only a side interest for me.
This is the first year that I started to keep track of my
records and take it seriously.
I have a legitimate full-time job.
My plan is to not play blackjack until the end of the year,
because I want to know that I broke through $100k in 2010.
If I play more blackjack, then I might risk a negative swing
and bring my total winnings below $100k.
The round number of $100k is very attractive.
I’m actually thinking of setting aside a “special bankroll”
of $10k just to play during the New Years celebration.
If I lose that “special bankroll”, I can tell myself that the
“special bankroll” wasn’t part of the original bankroll,
so then my total winning will still be $100k.
Correct? Or am I in denial?

Yes, A--a and B------o deal their 2-decker face up. ALSO, they deal 68 of 104 cards using a notch in the discard tray for the cut card. Many other places seem to have the dealer manually push the cut-card in at 50%. Thus these tables are very attractive.
$25 during the day, $50 or more at night. However, if you come across an idle $50 table you can often ask to get the table started at $25, leaving the sign at $50. I managed this several times in my last trip, once even getting a $300 table bumped down to $50.
Do you care about face-up just because you want to count those extra exposed cards to make some index plays? This is a very small feature of your overall advantage.
I count face down and face up the same way (2 or 6 deck): Wait until each hand is completed (busted, pushed or paid) and count the entire hand in one swoop. I do not try to count the cards as they fall, as I often would mix up which cards I've already counted. You have to be quick when the dealer had blackjack, but other that that, I find counting 2-5 card completed blackjack hands far easier than counting a series of individual cards. And completed hands (busts OR good ones) always have counts that are easy to see at a single glance. It's only the 6-card charlies that need to be counted 'one at a time'.

Face up games have many more advantages than what you mention. I find it next to impossible to scavange much in a hand-held game. It also tends to make the game go faster.
