Depends which ones. One you mentioned above, I play frequently. Another one in the same chain I would never play.

Nope. Competitions and bad economy have driven $100 tables down to greenies in highroller pits.
Thunder, I didn't see that game as I did my legworks during the sunrise shift. Kudos to the power of instant communications over the Web. Now at the aforementioned casinos I have run into more APs (i.e., "Padman", "Dick", etc...) than before this thread started.
In exchange for extra heat, a highroller pit offers better games or good opportunities, i.e,
1) S17,
2) Surrender option if "requested",
3) Better pens in general,
4) Non-monstrous decks,
5) More head-up games,
6) Piggy-backing if you know the tricks, etc...
Ditto that. When THE NOTORIOUS CATCHER is on duty at the Big H, he will do a $5~$50-capping against APs in the HR pit.
Yeah the $25 6 deck game at Taj wasn't easy to find as it was in the middle of a bunch of tables near the 4 card poker area and I think it was the only one available. You don't need to go to the high roller rooms to get S17, good pen, 6 decks or heads up games. With the casinos empty as they have been lately all those things can be found on the main floor. Surrender can be had btw at other properties besides TMar. Unfortunately you have to request it ahead of time.

Nevertheless, you should make it a habit to ask. Who knows how much of this customer feedback gets back to the policy makers?I was told I could get it at Plaza but was flatly refused at Borg.

Reason: a good opportunity for wonging in its 10- buck-6 deckers with: 5/6 pen, s17
2) The one-sunken-by-iceberg Casino
Reason: An HR pit with mostly $25 6deckers during a snowstorm
3) The landlord-once-owned-this-one- Casino
Reason: Best pen in its $50 pit.
4) The newest Casino
Reason: lots of head-on-$25-games in its pit#4 during a snowstorm.
5) The ex-Hilton Casino
Reason: best bj rules in AC.
Also, its $50 pit is almost always patronless during a snowstorm;
thus, you can play alone with a dealer until you drop .

If this storm hit any other time I would have been able to go to AC to take advantage of the ideal conditions and to watch the storm. But I'm home with family for Christmas.

Hey South, I've kept an eye out for you, but you're so undetectable, and I've failed to rub elbows with you at bj tables. Hey why the hell Borg has been doing so well in business while other casinos were lack of patrons?, i.e., Borg pumped up from $25 to all $50 min- bets in its pit#4, and the whole pit were still packed with gamblers...hmm why?
Yea, sorry, i've tried to make it there but i've had the vacation from hell. I'm planning to get there thursday with some friends of mine to have a little fun and use my points that are about to expire.

Snow's melted away and disappeared from AC's arteries. Roads are much better & easily drivable in AC right now...but major highways are loaded with gamblers heading toward AC for NYeve . A gambler lamented that he took 2 hours extra to drive and arrive at Borg. So expect delays on your way into AC at highways. Also, bring extra bankroll because Borg pumps up from a $25 min-bet to $100 in its pit four's 6deckers

Are the rules and pen good if they bump the limit up?
Rules and pen are decent now, and above all, you get lots of options to pick and choose., i.e., around at least 60 bj tables to wong out when counts go south. By the way, Borg's gearing up for NYeve, :band:that, and it opens up all its bj pits...including bj pits near the Murmur night club by the poker room.

As I've kept an eye out for SouthAP, I had spotted a potential "SouthAP". The "suspect" laid out his $40,000 bankroll at the table, and he had bet at the table minimum for many rounds. At the end, I disconfirmed "SouthAP" when he had bet pumpkins at TC-2 He was betting into a hot streak, not into high counts :grin:.

Yea I tried getting over to the borg but the wife didnt want to leave thr trop. Plus I def didnt have that big of a BR. Maybe next time :/
