Casino letting me backbet myself

I remember seeing thread on here but I cant find, someone pelase help.

I know by simply backbetting on someone else who plays by book you gain a small .20% edge.

But you can gain a higher edge by using a small sacrifice bet to split almost every hand.

Let say you can bet 10$ (player 1 ) and 200$ behind ( player 2 ) ...

Say you have 3-3 against dealer 8 normolly you wont split but it only cost 10$ to improve ur odds on a 200$ bet...

So 10$ splits and 200$ dosent but now both bets have 3-x against 8 rather then 6-x against 8

What split hands are +ev that i should be splitting both, and what hands should i not be splitting at all like 10-10 vs 10

because you dont belive they let me backbet myself, or because i dont know what pair hands are +ev and what needs to be split simply to improve odds
 
player 2 dosen't put another 200$ but his cards change cuz player 1, makes the decision and even tho only 10$ he wants to split , but it improves the odds of both players improving hand
 
So if i have 2-2 against dealer 10... 10$ bet put another 10% out there now, if the next card is 9...we have 11 on first hand (200 bet hand ) and you can even double to 400$

Ur right, I cant remember where i read about this though. Hopefully someone will provide the info or the name of the book.

I may be wrong, but to make this strategy work, I think you'll have to make your backline bet a bit bigger than your player-wager. I remember reading on this subject in Ian Anderson's Burning the Tables in Las Vegas. You can then play in the interest of the backline wager by making cheaper splits (equal to the value of the normal wager) that you'd normally not make, in an attempt to save your larger wager. (This only works if the casino will allow you to refuse to put up money for the split on the backline wager.)

When you have 88 vs 10 or 9 and 77 vs 10 in blackjack with no hole card and option to surrender. Will you surrender it or make sacrifice split?? ( let's say your backbet is 10 times higher than your first bet)
