The simple answer is NO !

What level 1 count would you use then ?

Would it not be just as easy to use hi-lo count. It seems like it would be hard keeping a side count of 7's and aces. I usually play a 6 deck game with 75% pen DAS DOA S17 RSA. How much would I gain using these side counts vs hi-lo. I plan on spreading from $25 to $250.

All kidding aside, Hi-Lo is satisfactory for that rule set and penetration level;
I find it absurdly boring. I can't stay awake without drinking four "Red Bulls" an hour.
