Yeah. We're talking Vegas here - home of the mediocre to lousy game.
I wouldn't call it lousy. They got some decent pen 2d games around. If you do you're research, you can find some gold nuggets here and there. I will agree that the strip and surrounding area seems to be dogshit.
It's definitely not as bad as living in indian casino country, and having to drive an hour to you're nearest casino.
I can't imagine it's as bad as AC, which is chalked full of 8deckers in which they don't allow midshoe (unless you're a shuffle tracker perhaps)

Oh, I thought NMSE was common in AC?

NMSE is very common only for 6D. There are only two stores that offer MSE on 6D. 8D is still MSE allowed as I know.
