Yes, I was a member of this forum but the investment (ack!) was made last year March. Cipher wasn't an issue on this forum back then.

What I've noticed is that people are still signing up to his site and I don't know where they are finding out about him. They probably Googled some key words and discover him that way. Nonetheless, nobody has posted anything since late January.
 
The statement on cIPHER's site,
"where the casinos earn their reputation"
what is that supposed to mean?

He's back playing blackjack using his program.
Notice the date.... 4/25/07.
Now, when you click on the link, all the way down at the bottom it says.
"Session Comments: 4-24-07 Session 1 for TGE".

Looks like. He may just be making up that he is playing for someone. I am pretty sure Cypher is a compulsive gambler.

Yes I did.
We developed a relationship where as he emailed me pictures of his daughters wedding and talked to me about his family as if I knew them personally.
I felt quite relaxed with him and trusted him.
He and I were on the phone playing at various casinos on a daily basis.
At that point in time he was tutoring me.
Then when we felt that I was ready to play on my own, I did.
I emailed Cipher the strands to show him that I could play well.
He was supposed to put up a substantial amount of money for ME to use and play with.
Our intention was to split the profits equally.
The more people playing, the more profits.
Then, for some reason, and that to this very day I don't know why, he ignored my phone calls and did not reply to my emails.
No substantial funds were ever given to me....and I NEVER gave him a nickel.
My wife didn't like him nor trust him from the get go.
Women have that sixth sense you know. :grin:

It took months of practice.
I had mentioned on other forums, that I am a member of, that the system did work for ME.
BUT... I would not recommend AT ALL to have ANYONE use the system.
Not only do you have to continually practice but, when you go live you
WILL ABSOLUTELY need that SUBSTANCIAL AMOUT OF MONEY!
There will be times when you take a big hit and you WILL need the funds to recuperate.
I used $100 to buy in and played small....so therefore my returns were small.

As I mentioned in my prior post...No substantial funds were ever given to me....and I NEVER gave him a nickel. I did NOT pay for the use of the system.
I still have the program and the strands that I played. But, I have not used it in years.
Do NOT fall into his con.
Do NOT give him any money.

The Admin at The Online Players Union is working on this situation diligently with the D.A. in Visalia, California.
It will take time but, justice will be served.
