You are 1 for 3, as I recall him, and I'll leave it at that. Last time I saw him was about 10 years ago in Vegas. I was there for a Green Chip party and just happened to run into him walking down the Strip. He wasn't there for the BJ21 event.
Did you have a different handle in the past?

The next day I asked him what happened and he said, "nothing." Then I asked, "what if there was a knock?" He said he wouldn't have answered.
Thanks for the comment on the sig line. I gave myself 50-50 odds that Norm would delete it.A few years ago, I had a sig line listing the forum members on my Ignore list (3 or 4) and he deleted that.
I have to ask, was she good looking? If so, did you believe him when he said he wouldn't answer, if she had knocked? I ask because the odds of a single guy, turning down a good looking girl, knocking on their hotel room door, which is a pretty good indication that she's interested in more than just talking, have to be pretty slim!

I can understand if that was the case, but if all you wrote were four handles, why would it matter? I have seen some awful things written on sig lines, things that I can't believe have been left up so long!

Well, I laughed! I have an 18yr old, who thinks she has to point out( with all her teenage angst)every social injustice....and I'm a proud mom who tells her to stick up for what she believes, but always keep keep a sense of humor!! When you stop laughing, you stop living! I have to say though, Norm is way better than the administration at the Nasty forum! Some of the posts just go too far!
That's also how I remember him. Hell of a wit, sharp as a tack, but no, he wasn't much of a looker. But he was very good at what he did. He knew exactly what he was doing, and repulsing her was exactly his goal.
One night at his favorite store I was dressed to the nines (and far younger/handsomer/thinner than I am now), and continually flirted with an older floor person, told her to keep smiling at me to give me luck, while I put on the drunken rich boy act while spreading pretty wildly (sitting out hands to 2x400+) Seemed to work, she politely smiled and accepted the act, then missed a color up error when I left.
I spotted him as a counter less than halfway through the shoe. He bought in for $500 at a $50 minimum double deck. The first clue was when he hit his 12 against the dealers 5. I had the same hand. He busted I made mine. The second clue was when he had $400 in chips and shoved them all in and got a BJ. I also had a big bet out and won. The only other play different was he did not take insurance on a dealer Ace. I had the count as plus 5. I took insurance dealer turns over ten for BJ. He played for 45 minutes. We both walked away winners. I remember he made $850, me about $1200. I talked to him and during the conversation, he told me who he was. I asked him what count he was using he said RPC.
