Nope. Larry is correct. They used to have it on the felt but no longer do....at least here in Vegas. You really do have to ask if you don't want to be surprised.

Most places I play $25 or $50 tables and they aren't 6:5, so you don't have to ask. But some of the smaller, local type places, I may end up on an uncrowded $10 table and if you don't ask you may get surprised. Happened a couple times this year before the shutdown. One of them was Sunset Station.
 
You may also find a complete mix of felt layouts. One table might have the "BLACKJACK PAYS 3:2" while the one next to it might not say anything and the one past that might also be blank but have the small sign near the table limits sign. Never assume anything.

Now you know that doesn't matter in the slightest to either the dealer or pit person that you say that to, right? :p

I mean, I do a variation of that as well. On those occasions that I get "surprised" like I mentioned earlier, I will immediately throw a trumped up, phony "fit", saying something like "oh this is that crappy 6:5 that the casino is cheating the players at" and I immediately color up. I know it does no good, but it makes me feel better that I have made my point and maybe, just maybe it might drive away another player or two. That would make it worth while. :cool:

I know, but it makes me feel better. :)

I've had an occasional ploppy ask what I mean by that. Then I say for every $100 bet, the casino short changes you $30 on a BJ.
