Thanks for the reply. What do people do if there is say 3 decks left in the shoe and the count is +5? Would you just say true count is +1?

Hello all, ive been playing blackjack for the last year or so for a bit of fun, but decided to tip the odds in my favour and give the Hi-Lo system ago. But my question is: How do i get to the true count on a multi deck shoe? The casino i play at uses a 6 deck shoe. So if there is 5 decks left...
