I actually had a weird one the other week. Mexican gentleman to my right as Im playin third base. He gets an ace versus a dealer 8. He doubles an keeps yellin "dee ace dee ace!." Im like WTF?!?!

I never whined to her at all. I just thought about the situation. Im happy for her. She was behind on some bills so this was good for us. She does a lot for me. Its just I can be selfish sometimes. This thread helped me out a lot, thank you guys. And ye I do have issues lol!!!

I have been to the casino about 5 times in my area, which would be 5 times in my life lol. I guess I have seen people get up and leave for awhile, and the dealer will save their spot, but I was questioning how to go about sitting out hands. Sorry about the misinformation.

First post here and I'm happy I found this site. Looks like a lot of great info. Got into blackjack a couple months ago and now that I have basic strategy down am looking into counting. Anyone got any suggestions for a newbie? I love this game.
