When ever player at the table (or the only player if there is just one player) goes bust, does the dealer have to finish out his hand? Say everyone goes bust, and the dealer shows a K and a 3...giving him 13...does he have to draw to either get 17 or bust? thanks in advance.

For some reason, i can't seem to remember, in an 8 deck shoe, when the shoe is done, does the dealer take all the cards and wash them on the table, and then begin to shuffle? Or does he just take the cards remaining in the shoe, add them to the discards, and then just start the shuffle from...

When you agree to even money...do you just take your original bet back, or does the dealer give you the amount of your bet? So i bet $10, and the dealer offers me even money, and i take it, do i get another $10, or do i just not lose my original $10. thanks
