Could you give me the following info for 1-4 spread with no wonging, and then with wonging out at -1 or -2 for a 6 deck standard shoe game.

# Win rate per 100 hands: The units that you win over 100 hands. You can get this from the CVCX Online Main Viewer.
# Std. Dev. per 100 hands: You can get this from the CVCX Online Main Viewer.

Again - much appreciated!! Muchos Gracias Senor:)

It will depend on how you ramp your bets, but here’s what I get from CVCX:

Play All (no Wonging)
<1 = $25
+1 = $50
+2 = $100

Hourly EV = 0.098 ($2.45)
Hourly SD = 22.076 ($552)
200 Hour RoR = 18.4%

Leave at -1
<0 = $0
0 = $25
+1 = $25
+2 = $50
>2 =$100

Hourly EV = 0.534 ($13.35)
Hourly SD = 17.084 ($427)
200 Hour RoR = 4.4%

Already you can see the huge difference that Wonging makes. The player who leaves at -1 will earn more money for his time, have smaller hourly swings and have a much smaller chance of going broke. :)

You're the man Sonny!

Thanks again for all the info...it sounds like a may need to do a scout trip to my future casinos and see what is and isn't possible there before I get too far into this. Also, I really may need to invest in the program you're using, I'd love to be able to vary spread, BR, Hours, and all that and devise a system that will work best for me.

Thanks again!

Oddly, nobody mentions boosting your earning by learning to use either
Hi-Opt II or Advanced Omega II - with a full matrix of indices.

Hi-Lo is good for shoe games.
It is not preferred for DD games.

Wonging out of games frequently is so very transparent that you will be all but begging to be 86'd.

The Card Counts cited above have very high playing efficiency,
that will stand you in good stead when the count turns negative.

in AC? that doesn't sound right. gibsonlp33stl is thinking he's gonna be playing in AC, i believe.
but anyway, wonging out isn't so transparent if your willing to spend some time inbetween fresh table entry, combined with bathroom breaks, maybe a little play all if say your having some luck, and then going to different joints.
me, i'd worry more about that $25 premium to get the ball rolling, with perhaps not a very large bankroll.
as i recall he's not aiming for professional goals here.

1-4 no good

I would say to up it a bit maybe to 10$ units spreading to 100$ or 120$, I would go up to 2 hands of 75$ it looks better and you get 30 more bucks out with less heat i think. I also think you could still run the 5 grand for a bank roll. Its not optimal and your ror is a little high but you can pull it off. I know o 250$you can because i used to play 10$ units on a 5 g bankroll for a long time. I have uped it now, but this is def playable. If it is at all possible you should try for like 10 grand as your bankroll. If you wanna play 25$ min against 6deck even with good rules and pen your gonna need a 1-10 spread like 25$ to 250$ or two hand of 150$ something along these lines will give you more dollars per hour playing correctly, then a 1-4 spread which almost really isnt even worth playing. None of these numbers are exact tune your betting for your game, im just throwing them out there so you get an idea of what you need to do.You will find on 6 and 8 deck games you are going to need a 1-10 or 1-12 spread a least to get a profit. Hope this helped a little, good luck and keep hitting those tables buddy!

Yea - I appreciate the input from everyone. I really just wanted to make sure a 1-4 with some type of wonging could in fact be a profitable game, and try to get an idea of what kind of ROR you'd have with a 10-20k bankroll for a $25 unit game. I assumed that it would be difficult to find $10 games that weren't 100% full in AC, so that's why I thought i'd need to up my minimum bet. But I guess I need to scout out some locations next time i'm up there and see what the reality is. In a double deck game how much of an advantage do you gain with the Hi-Opt II count Flash? And how difficult is that to learn compared to hi-lo?
