From Wong's Pro BJ, Appendix E (EV tables), EV for standing is .280 and hitting is.008. This is at a neutral count.

Do you mean, standing is .280 for S17 and hitting is .008 for H17?
No. Both numbers are for S17. EV is higher for standing than hitting, which supports BS of standing on A7 v A in an S17 game.
Can't look oup the H17 numbers as I'm away from home for a couple of days now and don't have the book with me.
