You can figure out the index yourself if you have CVData. This method is from a discussion a while back with AutomaticMonkey, so if he sees any errors feel free to chime in
Anyway, you have a 2/49 = 4% chance of getting an additional bonus. That would be on single deck because you have your 2 7's and the dealer has an upcard. So there are 49 cards left, 2 of which are 7's. If it's infinite deck, use 4/52. If it's somewhere between single deck and infinite deck, just plug the numbers in yourself

Also, if you side count 7's, and know exactly how many are left, you can come up with accurate numbers on the spot.
Now this is excluding pushes on 21. So using cvindex, with "Full Report", come up with the change in EV (the last column) for each index for the 7,7 vs. whatever. Normally, your split index would be where the (EV for splitting) - (EV for hitting) > 0%. However, due to the bonus, your split index would now be where (EV for splitting) - (EV for hitting) > 4%.
So your Split index would increase slightly. Maybe not even a TC, or maybe a few TC's! Who knows - depends on your game and rules, etc.
I think I got that all correct
