Well I don't know where the line is.
Someone living for a year off the casinos, with a room to sleep every night, whether comped or paid, like sevencard, isn't homeless. But someone who spends 3, 4 or even 5 nights a week sleeping in their car, or at the bus station, or riding the bus back and forth from AC to NYC or even from downtown to the strip (have you been on the deuce bus at 4am? looks like a shelter...
) is on the homeless side of the line to me, even if he is playing positive expectation.
Maybe odor is the defining point. :laugh: When you can't bath and wash your cloths regularly, you are on the homeless side of the line.
