I like to how much difference does it make in hi / low count included 9s as -1 and do not include aces as -1 but do a side count for aces. Can someone explain to me the math logistics beyond it ? ‍♂♀

It's impossible to answer a question such as yours without giving every particular about the game and rules being played, along with the bet spread and ramp being employed.

The values of hi/low count is different but the rules of the game is same. Count 2-6 as +1, 7 + 8 as “0” and 9- k as -1, Ace “0” with side count. Still is a balance count.

I understood your question the first time; you didn't understand my answer.

You asked "how much difference does it make?" Until you specify the game, rules, spread, and ramp, it isn't possible to answer such a question.
