Am I playing a winning game..

Hi everyone I’m playing at just one casino as its my only real option. They look after me and they all think that counting a 8 or 6 deck game impossible. Rules as follow: stand soft 17. Bj 3/2. split 3 ways. split aces once one card. Double aloud after splitting. No hole card but there bj takes original bets only. No doubles in soft hands. no surrender. Bet spread 1-12 on $25 table. Good pen 75-90%. Counting near perfect play doing 60% of ll18 just for a little cover. I only have one real table but most the time I’m heads up and get through upto 120 hands an hour. Will this pay? Regards.

If the pen is 75%, that's 2 decks left of 8, so that's pretty marginal. But if it's really 90%, it's an excellent game. More importantly, if they truly believe counting is unworkable then you're all set. At least until they figure out their mistake.

Be sure your ramp is correct for your bankroll, and make sure your play is perfect. Near-perfect won't cut it.

Thanks for the reply. Deck pen goes from 2 decks to just Under 1(lazy dealers give me the best cut and bossy ones are just the worst lol). Prob average of 1.5, 8 deck game.. Ive nearly got a black card that would make me vip and give access to 6 deck upstairs, I have play up there and very few people. This would be my best option? Do you think the game rules are fair, .5 to house on 0 count?

Would the experts here recommend the hi-Lo, or the hi- opt1 with ace side count? For the 8 deck game above. Both seem to be working ok I just feel it’s much better to know the aces but people say it’s not worth it.

Hi-Lo. Forget about Hi-Opt 1. Side counting aces in an 8-deck is going to tax your mind needlessly. It won't outperform Hi-Lo without the ace side count, so there's no point.
