An interesting practice exersize

Thanks. It's a terribly slow and inefficient way to generate a random number, but it’s 100% accurate. I’m not sure if anyone caught the “shift left” gag though.

you should be careful with the use of the word accurate when in the same sentence as a random number generator

a true random number generator is quite difficult to find, even in a $2000 desktop computer.
