Just as the title says - I am curious to know if anyone has. To anyone who has - what ultimatley caused your 'getting barred' or at least kicked out? Was it due to any particular play or move? I am trying to find out the best ways to avoid getting barred while still counting and making large betting spreads (anywhere from 1 - 6 to 1 - 10)
