Barona near San Diego - Single deck gone?

I heard the single deck game that had the best rules in the country is gone. Can anyone confirm? I had planned on checking that place and game out next month.

SD game is gone

I just played there over the past weekend. Unfortunately they do not offer the single deck game in the high limit room anymore . The dealer said Barona had the game removed since last week because too many players won.
They replaced it with their DD game, which is not too bad but nothing special compared to the SD since one can find many tables on the main floor offering lower limit but identical DD games.

I am surprised about this, since they had a very explicit strategy as to why they were offering this game. Anyone have Brian Doerr's email? He is one of the table games supervisors. I wonder what he would say.
