Wrong! Don't think !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!moo321 said:Boy, I think it's all crappy 8 deckers.

I would play at the MGM.dangeroso said:That's what I was afraid of.
Hey, settle down buddy. Most people here don't play too much $50 min table. Was this a high limit area or something? I only remember 8 deckers on the main playing floor at every casino in Detroit, and the pen was terrible.InPlay said:Wrong Assumption again !
They have 6 deck games.
Last time I was there I think they were all H17 and high mins (in my world that means $25). And you couldn't even find a seat. Granted I think it was a weekend. I think some were 6 decks. It screamed voodoo-mode at me immediately lol. Earlier there were some $15 tables.dangeroso said:So, I'll be in Detroit for a few days on business. What's the best game in Detroit??
High limit area is $100. Pen is about 1 3/4 to 2 decks. They have always been 6 deck shoes with 8 decks also since the casino opened up.moo321 said:Hey, settle down buddy. Remember, we're on the same team here. Us against the casinos...
$50 Min are not H17. Lower limits are $25 and below 8 decks are H17.Kasi said:Last time I was there I think they were all H17 and high mins (in my world that means $25). A while back, I think MGM, had some tables where each player had 2 betting spots, one on top of the other. I liked that. Haven't seen it since and wonder why a casino wouldn't want the possibility of 14 bets at a table instead of 7. My nephew liked it too, never suffering a net loss on a round betting both spots for over an hour. Lost his ~$800 gain in 15 minutes after leaving for the crap table. Young, dumb, and full of you know what lol - I worry about him but that's another story.
SP21 sucks - H17 with no redoubles. 6 decks. Maybe not a bad option though considering the crappy BJ games. Sometimes a lower limit and fewer hands per hour.
3-card poker had terrible, really terrible, pay tables. I have the vague feeling I had never seen any anywhere that bad. I wish my wife would have listened. But I always wish that and she never does lol.
Fabulous dinner though at I don't remember the name but I think at the MGM. Ever had Johnny Walker Blue? lol. I think it was Blue. Whatever it was I had never even heard of it, no wonder, at like $50 a shot. But it was smooooooth. And, more importantly, free lol.
Personally, I hate Greektown and will never go there.
Good luck. Update us, if you could.
Early in the morning until about 7 PM Greetown has $25 tables in the high limit area standard 6 deck game not H17. About 70% Pen.Kasi said:Last time I was there I think they were all H17 and high mins (in my world that means $25). And you couldn't even find a seat. Granted I think it was a weekend. careful in windsor... i got banned there in 2 days. albeit i was playing very obviously but that is unusual esp for canada.dangeroso said:Well, I'm a low limit player at the moment, so I may be out of luck.
I'll definitely hit the MGM and the Windsor, so I'll let you know what I find.
You are out of luck if you want to play 6 deck at MGM it's $50 Min. At Greektown you will find $25 Min depending on time of day and crowd in the High Limit Area. Windsor is operated by Harrahs so you now what you have. 8 deck low limit. 6 deck is $50 Min if they have not changed it in the last 3 months. Motor City 6 deck Min is $100 1 month ago.dangeroso said:Well, I'm a low limit player at the moment, so I may be out of luck.

Datroit only graduates 26% of boys and 37% of girls from HS, lowest in the nation!! It is a doomed place.
