Best Method of Determining Min/Max and Bets at Each Count

So the method I was using before was making up a spread that seemed like it was good, simming it in PowerSim and then looking at the ROR and EV and changing it up if I didn't like what I saw. However, this method is tedious and it sucks. How do you guys do it? Thanks!

For HiLo, the ratio of advantage at TC 1, 2, and 4 is roughly 1:2:4. Theoretically one can use the same ratio for betting, easy to remember. You can then evaluate the ROR.

Why not just use optimal spread?

Then tailor it to suit your bankroll
and the table conditions available.

This is a crucially important task for you.
Under_betting will shrink your advantage
Over_betting is ruinous re: R O R and longevity.

Please excuse my ignorance on this subject...but how do I calculate what the optimal spread is?
