GoldenPalace.com gives you a good bonus, but makes you jump through a couple hoops to cash out.
Starluck and Planetluck both give good bonuses, but recently increased their playthough requirements.
My suggestion, check out The List at casinobonuswhore.com (it's the list I'm going through now). Chose the best time/bonus ratio for you.

I asked about country because most persons on this forum are likely from the US, and the casinos listed by other posters in this thread do not allow US players. The casinos I'd recommend varies greatly depending on whether you are:cbrown said:

Among these casinos, I expect Belle Rock group to pay the fastest, usually 1-2 days. Casino Rewards and Fortune Lounge groups should be on the order of three days. Jackpot Factory group has been having some issues recently, and is unpredictable. I had a Jackpot Factory cashout on Saturday that arrived 3 days later; but a few people have had much longer delays for inconsistent reasons.
Among non-MG/Clearplay bonuses, the reputable sites with the best bonuses tend to be the ones that do not allow US players. A noteworthy exception to this generalization is Golden Casino. It is not as reputable and does not have as fast cashouts as most of the MGs; but better than the Parlays, Powerbet group, or Virtual group.
The link in my signature gives a more complete list and more detail. Be sure to read the Casino Rewards and Fortune Lounge warnings about claiming multiple bonuses in these groups without non-bonus play in between.

also note that some former neteller executives were arrested a few days ago, so you might want to consider getting another e-wallet. neteller has always been reliable, but i doubt a us person would be able to use it much longer.

The typical Mircogaming bonus system is often called Clearplay or eZ bonus. You are given the bonus immediately. Your account balance is split into a bonus balance and a cash balance. Under standard implementation, you can withdraw the cash balance at any point, whether you have met wagering requirements or not. You cannot withdraw the bonus balance. Instead, as you meet wagering requirements, the bonus balance is incrementally converted to your cash balance. All games are allowed and count towards wagering; but low house egde games are weighted poorly, resulting in a much larger wagering requirement.cbrown said:

It depends on the type of bonus. If you are playing a cashable bonus with a low risk of busting prior to completing the wagering requirement; then the EV of the bonus will be approximately the same with different bet sizes.
